VolCorp updates Web site

BRENTWOOD – Volunteer Corporate Credit Union (VolCorp) said it has released a new, more user-friendly and efficient Web site (www.volcorp.org ) VolCorp said the new site features a lot of useful information for credit union staff. There is a public section of the VolCorp site available to everyone and includes an investment section, calendar of events and other features. VolCorp Online is the secured section of the site that offers its member credit unions the following features: * NETStatement-monthly statement available for download on the 1st day of each month. * Open Door Wire-interactive program that allows credit unions to send and receive wire transfers on-line. * APEX-ACH-ACH origination and receipt system. * AccessImage-NET-online retrieval of cleared member or corporate share draft images for viewing, printing, faxing or emailing. * OnDemand for Item Processing-online access for transmitting share draft returns, placing stop pays and closed accounts, share draft copies, and return item credits. * Reports-instant access to a detailed listing of securities held in safekeeping; corporate drafts, including money orders and cashier drafts; and access to detailed history of transactions for a specific date or range of dates in real-time. * File Access-upload and download capabilities for share draft files. along with file totals.
