MALVERN, Pa. – Credit union data processor AFTECH, a subsidiary of Fiserv, is moving to a new headquarters complex in Malvern, Pennsylvania. According to AFTECH, the new facilities will be high-tech and offer state-of-the-art communications and support capacity. The main building will house programming, client services and administrative staff, as well as a new Technology Center offering clients hands-on access to products from both AFTECH and third-party partners. A separate facility will house disaster recovery and training facilities, as well as an equipment staging area. The two buildings will be equipped with high-speed wireless communications technology for fast, reliable data transfer and responsive client support. “We had several goals when we began to consider a new facility,” said AFTECH President Joe Antellocy. “We wanted an environment that would support our focus on excellent client service and greater staff efficiency; a headquarters that would showcase AFTECH’s technology leadership; and a secure facility for disaster recovery and other forms of remote client support.” The move is scheduled for early July. AFTECH telephone numbers will remain the same.
