CARMEL, Ind. and DALLAS, Texas – Allied Solutions, a financial products provider, has announced plans to merge with Salt Lake City-based Associated Insurance Services, Inc. For the past 29 years AIS has been marketing to financial institutions in Utah, Idaho, Wyoming, Nevada and Arizona. Approximately 130 clients take advantage of such primary product offerings such as creditor placed insurance, guaranteed auto protection, credit insurance, and vehicle service contracts. As part of the merger, AIS Owner Dan Woodhead will become a partner in Allied Solutions LLC and serve on the executive advisory committee. In addition Allied Solutions will employ all current AIS employees and maintain an office in Salt Lake City. With this merger Allied Solutions will provide services to more than 1,650 financial institutions nationwide.
