SYLVANIA, Ohio – Toledo Area Catholic Credit Union has announced that it has changed its name to Toledo Area Community Credit Union to better reflect its current membership and eligibility requirements. "This is an exciting time for TACCU," stated Patrick J. McGrady, President and CEO. "We hope that our new name will help us extend our reach into the community and grow our membership. This growth is necessary for us to continue offering new and improved services to our members." TACCU can now serve the city of Toledo, Maumee, Sylvania and Sylvania Township. TACCU has $155 million dollars in assets, and in 2003 it will be celebrating its 50th anniversary.
