<p>Heritage Credit Union, Madison, Wis., has announced that its longest serving board of director, Donald Bacon has retired. Bacon was elected as a director in 1959 and served as an unpaid volunteer. During his tenure he served as chairman, secretary and treasurer. Credit Union ONE, Ferndale, Mich., has elected the following officers to its board: William G. Coyne, chairman; Richard J. Bahls, vice chair; Paul W. Stuart, secretary, and Armando R. Cavazos, treasurer. Isabella Community Credit Union, Mt. Pleasant, Mich., has appointed Jay D. Anders president/CEO. Wanigas Federal Credit Union,Saginaw, Mich., has elected the following officers to its board: Bob Ahrens, chairman, Bill Dugan,vice chairman; Oscar Gonzales, treasurer; Steve Jurik,secretary; Gerald Little, director; Tom Pesta, director; and Claude Tanner, director. In addition WFCU has elected the following directors to its credit committee: Gus Alexander, Michael D. Balls, Carol Chisholm, Lilia Orum, and Ruthie Robinson. Dort Federal Credit Union, Flint, Mich., has appointed the following officers to its board: Jack Madison, chairman; Wayne Natzke, first vice-chairman; Rosemary Brown, second vice-chairperson; Leroy Nesbit, Jr., secretary; G.
