"With the number of identity theft crimes escalating daily, it is vital to heighten community awareness," said Credit Union ONE President/CEO Armando Cavazos. "We are pleased to offer residents a chance to gain the knowledge necessary to protect themselves against these crimes." U.S. Secret Service Special Agent Daniel Downs addressed concerns of how to minimize the risk of identity theft and Internet fraud, and if victimized, what steps could be taken to limit the credit damage.</p>
