FARMERS BRANCH, Texas -The Texas Credit Union League’s fee-supported service arm, Credit Union Resources, Inc., has announced the members of its newly restructured board of directors. The new board is comprised of six League board members and five directors from outside the League board. Previously, all 11 service corporation board members also served on the TCUL Board. The new structure, announced along with the service corporation’s name change from TCUL Services, Inc. two months ago, was formulated to eliminate potential compliance and taxation issues that might arise from overlapping boards, according to Kevin Hamby, TCUL General Counsel. New directors from outside the League Board are: Bert Beal, Dallas Telco FCU; Kenny Harrington, MemberSource CU; Ron Reed, Fort Worth Telco CU; Jessie Rodriguez, Cal-Com FCU; and Eddie Tucker, Wichita Falls Teachers CU. New directors from the League Board are: Anne Boatright, Capitol CU (chairman); Ayn Kleiber, Houston Police FCU (vice chairman); Suzanne Chism, Texas Health Resources CU; Wes Davis, Concho Educators FCU; Raymond Ponteri, El Paso EFCU; and Sandy Smith, Texas FCU.
