Virginia Credit Union League, Lynchburg, Jim Stuppy retired effective May 1 after a 30-year career with the League. He became Director of Research and Development in 1979 and during his career with the league, Stuppy focused primarily on legislative affairs and the continued survival of the system’s credit unions. Crescent Credit Union, Brockton, Mass., has named Joyce E. Hill assistant vice president and Joseph P. Madaio vice president of marketing/sales. Workers’ Credit Union, has named David M. Earls and E. John Alner III, financial consultants of Workers’ Financial Services, a subsidiary of WCU. Service Credit Union, Portsmouth, N.H., has elected the following officers to its board: David Hanchett, chairman; Barbara Roberge, vice chair; Gordon Simmons, secretary/treasurer; Reginald V. Maisey, director; and Clifford N. Taylor, director. First Atlantic Federal Credit Union, Tinton Falls, N.J., has named Jennifer Goceljak manager of research and product development.</p>
