CUES partners with Virtual CEO

<p>MADISON, Wis. – CUES has partnered with Virtual CEO Inc. to bring credit unions CUES Best Practices Assessment, a suite of Web-based assessment tools providing CU management feedback on organizational performance as viewed by senior management, the board, staff and members. Each assessment-Executive, Board of Directors, Climate Plus, (taken by credit union staff), Member Satisfaction, (taken by credit union members), and Express, (a scaled-down version of the Executive Assessment)-contains a battery of statements and criteria that participants respond to and send electronically to Virtual CEO. All responses are anonymous and completely confidential. From the responses, real-time results and key findings are generated and e-mailed to subscribers. Following report generation, a product-certified representative from Virtual CEO conducts a two-hour teleconference with individual participating credit unions interpreting assessment findings and proposed resolutions.</p>
