MADISON, Wis. – The Filene Research Institute and the Center for Credit Union Innovation have released a new study of small credit unions that among other things measures their satisfaction levels of credit union data processing vendors. The study, "Small Credit Union Data Processors: Survey Results", includes CU ratings of connectivity, service, support, technology and affordability of processors. It also includes a section on what CUs should ask processors when negotiating contracts. Credit Union Times will provide a more in-depth look at the study in an upcoming issue. [email protected]
