<p>SALT LAKE CITY – Nearly half the employees of Mountain America enjoyed a graduation breakfast hosted by the credit union in their honor to celebrate the employees' completion of the first level of Mountain America University. Mountain America University is a one-year old training program offered by the CU that encourages employees to learn, grow and change while improving their job skills. There are four levels in the University – bronze, silver, gold and platinum. Each employee's curriculum is individually customized to include classes that pertain to their area of work, and enrollment in the program is optional. Mountain America is the second largest CU in Utah. It has $1 billion in assets and more than 155,000 members.</p>
