<p>PLANO, Texas – Data processor Aurum Technology has named Paul Bourke, a former executive of The BISYS Group, as its new chairman, president and CEO. Bourke replaces Ray Maturi who will remain as vice chairman on Aurum’s board. Bourke was serving as president/COO of BISYS from 1989-1998. From there he moved on to become CEO of Altra Energy Technologies, Inc., a provider of enterprise software and browser-based electronic trading services in the wholesale energy market. Aurum was successful under Maturi. Its customer base increased by 20% and revenue by 27% during his three years. Aurum is only three years old, spinning off from a community bank DP unit of EDS.</p>
