<p>Northern Virginia Chapter of Credit Unions, Alexandria, has elected the following officers to its board: Jacqueline Connor, president; Gaye DeCesare, first vice president; Beverly Hold, second vice president; Jeanette McWilliams, secretary; and Frank Marciniack, treasurer. Capital Communications Federal Credit Union, Albany, N.Y., has promoted David Jurczynski to senior vice president of finance/information systems and Sharon Phillips to senior vice president of member services. In addition, CCFCU has named Bill Paczkowski senior financial consultant of CAP COM Financial Services Tremont Credit Union, Boston, President/CEO Leonard F. Broderick has been elected to the Massachusetts Credit Union Share Insurance Corporation board of directors. Visions Federal Credit Union, Endicott, N.Y., Board Chairman Joseph Merrette has announced his retirement. Merrette has served the credit union for 36 years. In addition, VFCU has elected Lorraine Barno, board director; Nicholas DiPaolo, board director; and Patrick H. Volpe, board director.</p>
