<p>Wescom Credit Union, Pasadena, Calif. has named Keith Pipes president of its investment services subsidiary Wescom Financial Services; Candace Epperson, manager of the Torrance branch; Kathy Marcelleta, manager of the in-store Glendora branch; Frank Sanchez, manager of real estate origination; Kathy Warner, manager of card services and Tom Orman vice president of business/government affairs. California Credit Union League, Rancho Cucamonga, has promoted Victoria Allen to regulatory counsel/director of research and information and Pat Solares to director of education/training. Columbia Credit Union, Vancouver, Wash., has promoted Charles L. Anderson to senior vice president of commercial/real estate lending. In addition, CCU has named Tamra Nelson and Thomas Hagan commercial/real estate lending department vice president.</p>
