<p>KANSAS CITY, Mo. – H&R Block Inc., the parent company of RSM McGladrey Inc., a leading accounting, tax and consulting firm for mid-sized companies in the U.S., acquired approximately 44% of the outstanding common shares of MyBenefitSource Inc., an Atlanta-based firm that provides payroll, benefit, enrollment and administrative services. Last year, RSM McGladrey merged with O’Rourke, Sacher & Moulton, the leading credit union auditing and consulting firm in the U.S. H&R Block has an option to acquire the remaining shares of MyBenefitSource. MyBenefitSource will work directly with RSM McGladrey to provide clients a payroll and benefit administration outsourcing solution, a company release said.</p>
