<p>MADISON, Wis. – Charles Grossklaus, president and CEO of Royal CU, Eau Claire, Wis., fielded more than 30 questions about credit union member business lending during a one-hour live online chat recently at CUNA’s new CU Executive Center located at www. Cucenter.cuna.org. Royal CU, with $575 million in assets, has offered member business loans for more than 20 years, and its business lending portfolio stands at $125 million. During the one-hour session, Grossklaus answered questions about his credit union’s business lending program from subscribers in California, Illinois, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, New Mexico, New York, Pennsylvania, Texas, and Wisconsin. The Credit Union Executive Center is CUNA’s latest online credit union research tool.</p>
