<p>IRONDALE, Ala. – Corporate America Credit Union, formerly Alabama Corporate CU, has formed an investment CUSO. C U Brokerage Systems, Inc. will operate as a wholly-owned subsidiary of Corporate America Credit Union and will primarily offer CUs investment products. The CUSO will also offer a Web-based Asset/Liability Management Service and investment advisory services. "The main goal of this CUSO will be to provide our members with a more cost-efficient manner to conduct routine brokerage activities," stated Thomas Bonds, president/CEO of Corporate America. "With the formation of C U Brokerage Systems, Inc. credit unions will pay a much smaller commission, resulting in higher income." Securities are offered by, and investment consultants are registered with UVEST Investment Services, member NASD/SIPC. UVEST is independent of any financial institution.</p>
