<p>PLANO, Texas – Aurum Technology Inc. has partnered with Baker Hill to enhance business CRM and online loan application processing with its core system, MISER. Aurum will employ Baker Hill’s OnePoint business banking Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solution and Bank2Business.com commercial loan application system as channel extensions and decision-support tools for MISER. OnePoint is an integrated business CRM solution designed specifically for business banking. Its four modules include: sales automation; credit risk management; collateral and exception management; and relationship pricing and profitability. Bank2Business.com is an online loan application processing solution for small business lending that brings together commercial loan application processing, predictive credit modeling, and compliance documentation in one complete solution. The online functions of Bank2Business will also allow small business customers of MISER-backed institutions to apply for loans over the Internet.</p>
