WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind. -Purdue Employees Federal Credit Union is kicking off 2002 by launching a credit counseling service. The new division will offer both individual consultations and informational seminars. Members will learn how to balance their accounts, resolve short-term financial challenges, prepare budgets, review and correct credit reports and plan for the future. "Many of our members made New Year's resolutions to get their financial matters in order, so our new service is both timely and beneficial," said Credit Counselor Rochelle McGriff. "We help those who may be in a crisis, who want to prevent one or who want to get on track for the future." Counseling and seminars will primarily be held at PEFCU's Financial Mall.
