Actors FCU ATMs reach 50

NEW YORK – With now a total of 50 ATMs located throughout Manhattan, Actors Federal Credit Union has made good on its tagline “Our buck stops at your stop”. “This year has been very generous to us in terms of ATM placement,” said AFCU President Jeff Rodman. “We ended last year with just 12. And we were happy with that. The addition to our staff of an outside sales agent has greatly enhanced our success.” With the main objective to place ATMs near subway stops approximately two-thirds of AFCU ATMs are located in McDonald’s restaurants. The remaining ATMs are located in supermarkets, newsstands, and drug stores. “If there is a McDonald’s available, that’s our first choice, however, in their absence we work with numerous other local retailers successfully,” said Rodman. “Member convenience is our number one priority when scouting for locations.” AFCU has assets of $61 million and serves over 14,000 members.
