NEW YORK – FISI-Madison President Dan Tarantin has been named the company's new CEO, replacing Ken Keith, who served as CEO since 1996. Tarantin will be doing doubled duty, as he was also named CEO of Benefit Consultants. The moves were announced by Cendant Corp., parent company of FISI-Madison and Benefit Consultants. Keith will act as a FISI consultant on potential strategic acquisitions. Tarantin joined FISI in August after serving as president/CEO of Jackson-Hewitt, a tax preparation firm.
