GLASTONBURY, Conn. – Open Solutions Inc. has been named one of the 50 fastest growing tech companies in Connecticut by Deloitte & Touche. Rankings are based on percentage revenue growth for the five-year period from 1996 to 2000. OSI, ranked ninth this year, saw revenue grow an astounding 1,884% in that five-year period. This is the fourth year in a row that Open Solutions has been named to the list. To qualify for the Fast 50, companies must have had operating revenues of at least $50,000 in 1996 and $1,000,000 in 2000, and must be a public or private technology company headquartered in Connecticut.
