MADISON, Wis. – The California Credit Union League and the Colorado Credit Union System are now investors in CUNA Network Services, making them the first leagues to invest in CNS. Formed in July 2001 through the combination of Sunstar IP Communications and the e-commerce assets of CUNA Strategic Services, Inc. (CSSI), CUNA Network Services is 38% owned by CSSI, which also controls four of seven seats on the CUNA Network Services Board. Credit union leagues own 49% of CSSI.
