BEAVERTON, Ore. – First Technology CU here recently hosted several Open Financial Solutions, Inc. credit union executives to view a live demo of the open financial exchange (OFX) functionality integrated with its middleware product, MemberBridge Server. MemberBridge Server is a translation gateway that allows rapid integration of IP-based connection channels. It facilitates the sharing of data between a credit union's back-end host system and front-end applications. OFX is a protocol for the electronic exchange of financial data with personal financial management (PFM) software. The MemberBridge Server and the OFX functionality are now offered through Corporate Network eCom, LLC, a subsidiary of U.S. Central Credit Union. OFS is a consortium of nine credit unions working together to aggregate volumes in pursuit of tech solutions.
