Pennsylvania Credit Union League, Harrisburg, has promoted the following members of its staff: Rick Wargo to senior vice president/general counsel; Jan Hartman to vice president, government affairs; Shannon Villa to vice president, marketing/ communications; John Kilduff to assistant vice president, compliance/information services; David Dunn to business development vice president; Jay Young to marketing director; and Sandy Wilson to audit services director. People First Federal Credit Union, Allentown, Pa., has promoted the following five employees: Cathie Jones to accounting manager; Sandy Smolick to Trexlertown branch manager; Sally Ifkovits to member service center operations supervisor; Tim Burke to Devonshire branch teller supervisor; and Tammy Gevert to Devonshire branch accounting supervisor.
