Citadel Federal Credit Union, Thorndale, Pa., has named Rosemary Laird vice president of human resources and Edward W. Maier vice president of retail delivery services. Mid-Hudson Valley Federal Credit Union, Kingston, N.Y., has named Michael Barton vice president of lending; Nan Greenwood, vice president of marketing; and Guy T. Greco call center manager. First Bristol Federal Credit Union, Bristol, Conn., President/CEO Mark Cornacchio has been appointed to the board of managers of SmartSource Solutions, LLC, a subsidiary of Constitution State corporate Credit Union, Inc. Fort Belvoir Federal Credit Union, Woodbridge, Va., has named Jeannette Johansson trainer and Renee Smith business development officer.
