SEATTLE – PEMCO Technology Services has partnered with STAR Systems to give cardholders the most access to their accounts. Transactions can now be processed at more than 200,000 ATMs and 800,000 point-of-sale locations coast-to-coast. With its first ATM client in September PEMCO has become a single-point pass-through processor of Visa and MasterCard credit, debit and ATM transactions. Plans for ATM driving services are underway for a second quarter 2002 release.
