TALLAHASSEE, Fla. – United Datatronics, Inc., an IT CUSO owned by seven Tallahassee, Fla. area credit unions, has formed a second “Resource Pool” that is designed to serve credit unions’ temporary staffing needs in the Tampa Bay area. The pool currently has 35 members available for assignment. All Resource Pool staff scheduling is performed over the Internet. These professionals are skilled in a variety of credit union operational areas. Since 1997 UDI’s Tallahassee-based Resource Pool has helped the staffing needs of a dozen credit unions in the North Florida area. “The primary mission of our Resource Pool is to furnish well-trained, dependable, credit union-minded tellers to meet the peak and part time needs of our clients. Every newly recruited Resource Pool member, after passing industry-standard credit and background checks, receive three weeks of in-depth credit union industry and teller transaction processing training without charge to UDI’s Resource Pool clients,” said Ray E. Cromer, Jr., UDI’s President/CEO since the CUSO’s founding in 1983. “When Resource Pool members report for an assignment, they are ready to start serving members,” added Cromer. UDI provides online, real-time data processing, CU shared branch processing, accounting, optical archiving/ retrieval/imaging, PC networking sales and support, training, temporary staffing and complete facilities management services.
