CLEARWATER, Fla. – Card Services for Credit Unions reports that 30% of its 1,800 CU clients are utilizing its Virtual Card Consultant solution. VCC is an online portfolio analysis solution. Portfolio data is consolidated and uploaded into the VCC database, where a variety of customized professional reports and graphs are created. Credit unions can track portfolio performance up to 24 months, evaluate monthly or yearly changes to determine the effectiveness of promotions, and compare key performance indicators to the CSCU and peer averages by card type or plan. Response to VCC has been so strong, CSCU is developing VCC for debit cards and VCC risk management.
