TAMPA, Fla. – CastleGarde, an information security consulting firm and Miami-based accounting firm Orth, Chakler, Murname & Company have teamed up to help credit unions comply with the NCUA's new Guidelines for Safeguarding Member Information. The guidelines, which took effect concurrently with the new privacy rule on July 1, require credit unions to implement an information security program to protect their members' nonpublic personal information.
