People's Community Credit Union, Vancouver, Wash., has named Scott Koyen the winner of its $20,000 Cash Giveaway. To be eligible for the drawing Koyen and 86 others signed up for direct deposit last spring. Koyen, a recent widow with two sons, plans to finish his nursing studies and says the prize has changed his life.
