San Antonio Federal Credit Union, has appointed Carol Teitz, supervisory board chairperson; John Hayes, director; and David Velasquez, director and Demetrius K. Bivins as supervisory committee director. Shell Federal Credit Union, Deer Park, Texas, has announced that Board Director Johnny Garrison has recently passed away. Garrison was active in political fundraising and Houston Chapter activities and served as the credit union's chairman for more than 15 of his 50 years on the board.
