RALEIGH, N.C. – GE Mortgage Insurance has unveiled its first online claims service with real time response -Claims on the Web. "We've taken claims servicing to a new level", said GE Mortgage Insurance Senior Vice President/E-Business Leader Richard Nastasi. "This is yet another example of the Internet changing the game in mortgage insurance." The new service allows claims to be submitted from the desktop and prompts users to make corrections and provide additional data when necessary. In addition, status checks on either individual or all submitted claims are available in real-time and reports can be customized based on need.
