Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia, has appointed the following officers to its credit union advisory council: Freedom CU President/CEO Lee T. MacMinn, chairman; American Pioneer FCU CEO James F. McCaw, director; Diamond State FCU President Paula Albanese, director; Keystone FCU President/CEO Judi Supplee; New Castle County Delaware Employees FCU Manager Barbara Arrowsmith, director; and Police and Fire FCU Chief Operating Officer John LaRosa, director. Virginia Credit Union League, Lynchburg, has named Mary Fehrs governmental affairs committee chairman. Pentagon, Federal Credit Union, Alexandria, Va., has appointed the following officers to its board: Edward B.Cody, director; Lt. Col. Bruce E. Kasold (Ret.), director; Col. James F. Quinn, director; Norman L. Rappaport, director; and Frederick F.Y. Pang, director. Defense Credit Union Council, Washington, D.C., has appointed the following officers to its board: Robert E. Morgan, chairman; Jean M. Yokum, first vice chairman; Ralph R. Story, second vice chairman; James M. Bright, secretary; William Lindelof, treasurer; Gordon A. Simmons, director; and Billie Blanchard, director.
