THORNDALE, Pa. – Citadel Federal Credit Union is helping educate low-income individuals and families about financial management and the importance of saving. The $348 million credit union has become a partner in the Family Savings Partner Program. The Family Savings Partner Program is administered by Open Hearth Inc, which promotes a network of resources to create long-term, affordable housing for residents of Chester and Montgomery County.
