Snow, director; Joseph Woodford, director; and Tim Rickert, director. Seattle Telco Credit Union, Wash., has named Mary Alida Robarge training and development manager. Oregon Metro Federal Credit Union, Eugene, has appointed the following officers to its board: John Downey, chairman; Bruce Livesay vice chairman; Bill Peterson, treasurer; and Allen Weitman, secretary.
