I enjoyed reading Mike Welch's publisher's column in the June 6 issue on some of his pet peeves. Very good. I agree with his comments on credit union CEOs referring to the credit union as "my" credit union. But how about credit union CEOs referring to credit union employees as "my" VP of marketing, "my" MSR? That just grates me like fingernails on a blackboard. I have always tried to work as a group and make employees feel that we are all in this together. If one fails, we all fail. Thanks for my smile of the day. John H.
