Publisher Mike Welch has some pet peeves. So do I. People who hold a position on the board of directors of a credit union or credit union trade association who: *Never have a position on any topic. *Are afraid to speak out and ask questions. *Hold an officers position because its good for the ego. *As a chairman, always having to control the discussion. *Running for a leadership position with no agenda. *Never asking a question that needs to be asked because they know the answer, but don't consider that others may not know the answer. *People will not like me if I question something. Terry Bigda President/CEO Northland Area Federal Credit Union. Oscoda, Mich.
