SEATTLE – PEMCO Technology Services, a pass through processor, has partnered with STAR Systems to add ATM processing to its offerings. PEMCO will use STAR Systems' network gateway. Cards bearing the STAR logo are accepted at more than 200,000 ATMS and 800,000 POS locations. This latest move by PEMCO will make the company a single-source processor for credit, debit, and ATM transaction handling. ATM processing should be available at PEMCO by year-end.
