Jim Mills, president/CEO of Three Rivers FCU, Fort Wayne, Indiana, will officially open his first NAFCU Annual Conference and Exhibition as chairman here in Orlando. Mills took over for outgoing chair Ron Keeler, retired president/CEO of Lockheed FCU, at the close of last year's Annual Conference and Exhibition in Hawaii.
