Columbia Credit Union, Vancouver, Wash., has named Lisa D. Peake and Craig A. Knipe registered representatives with Financial Network Investment Corporation. In addition, CCU has promoted Michael Florea to assistant vice president of information and technology services. Utah League of Credit Unions, Salt Lake City, has appointed the following officers to its board: Jim Hofeling, chairman; Rick Craig, vice chairman; Steve Christensen, secretary; Kent Greenfield, director at large; and Kelly Blake, director. Schools Financial Credit Union Sacramento, Calif., has named Rochelle Smith vice president of audit and security. Tyco Electronics Employees Federal Credit Union, Menlo Park, Calif., has named Linda Costa vice president of operations. SELCO Credit Union, Eugene, Ore., Vice President of Human Resources and Corporate Culture Gayle Rust Gustafson has been elected CUNA Council Forum chairperson.
