SEATTLE – Credit unions that are interested in knowing how the actual performance detail of their CU operation stacks up against other credit unions in their size category can obtain a Peer Group Analysis report on Ward-Smith & Company’s Web site, www.ward-smith.com/hpcus/hpCUs2000.tpl. All the information is based on a “per-member” break out of performance detail. In previous years, the company has run these reports for clients for a fee. But now, with the help of the company’s computer guru, it has everything set up so a credit union CEO can run his or her own report anytime, off the Web site.
