FAIRFAX, Va. – Credit union data processor FedComp, Inc. here has launched, The Next Generation, its new Windows-based data processing solution. Pre-release sales launch started on June 1, 2001, and special pre-release pricing will be available for credit unions which sign up for the solution between now and September 1, 2001. According to FedComp, TNG is a true Windows based application- and utilizes a database from Microsoft, SQL2000. Over-the-counter functions, loan functions, cosigner options and collateral control have all been streamlined in TNG. ACH, ATM, and share functions have been expanded and strengthened, said FedComp. FedComp's e-business solution for credit unions, VirtualCU, will be included with every TNG system.
