RANCHO CUCAMONGA, Calif. – Credit union best practices in indirect lending will be the focus of CU Direct’s annual Auto Lending Symposium that will be held June 20-21 at the Flamingo Hilton in Las Vegas. At a luncheon on June 21, the company will recognize participating credit unions for having processes in place that allow them to fund quality indirect loans. Also on tap for the meeting will be roundtables and panel discussions on a variety of relevant topics such as trends and predictions about the automotive industry and auto lending; the role of indirect lending in credit unions; how or if the Internet is changing auto buying and financing; and building relationships between credit unions and dealers. Additional information on the symposium, including registration material is available online at the California Credit Union League’s Web site, www.ccul.org.general/cudlautoinfo.htm. Credit unions can also call Jenna Silva at (877) 744-2835, ext. 3278.
