SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. – CU Realty an online real estate solution for credit union members, has announced that Banner Federal Credit Union, Phoenix, an affiliate of Banner Health America, has signed an agreement with the company to offer its members access to the CU Realty end-to-end online realty buying solution solution via a link from the credit union's Web site, www.bannerfcu.org. The link is expected to go live on June 1. "The latest research shows that 56% of homebuyers now go online to look for homes before going out with an agent," said Mike Corn, co-founder of CU Realty. "What we're trying to do is expand beyond the research process to include the closing process. The homebuyer or seller is given back control of the process, aided by customer service as necessary. We free the agents to do the thing they do best: show homes, close deals, and manage the customer relationship," said Corn. CU Realty has deals with mega realty firms such as Century 21, Re/Max, and Prudential which allows CU members using CU Realty to choose any of these firms. [email protected]
