Credit Union Association of the Dakotas, based in Bismark, ND, has helped raise over $23,000 for the local Children's Miracle Network hospital.
It served as the presenting sponsor of the Children's Miracle Network “Hours of Hope” Radiothon that was held in Bismarck, ND on local radio stations KQ94.5 and Y93.
As presenting sponsor, the Radiothon was touted as an event that was made possible by the Credit Unions of North Dakota, which was continously mentioned on-air throughout the two-day event.
In addition to sponsoring the event, CUAD staffers were on hand as volunteers to man the phones and take pledge calls.
A grand total of $23,250 was raised, and 100% of the money benefited the local CMN Hospital, Sanford Children's Hospital in Fargo.
Robbie Thompson, president/CEO of CUAD presented the donation that was combined with a Miracle Match by CO-OP Financial Services during a live radio interview.
