NAFCU Services Corporation has teamed up with Burns-Fazzi, Brock for the sixth annual Executive Compensation and Benefits Survey, which is now open for federal credit unions to participate.
Any credit union that completes the survey — which asks credit unions about salary and benefits including non-qualified plans — will receive a free copy of the detailed results, which provide benchmarking information on compensation and benefits for the top five credit union executives.
“The survey is an excellent way for credit unions to add another data point to their executive compensation discussions,” said Rich Brock, principal at Burns-Fazzi, Brock in Charlotte, N.C.
“In addition, (survey developer) Clark & Chase Research has the ability to produce reports more precisely tailored to a given credit union by size, location and other key parameters, which enhances the credit union's ability to recruit, reward and retain top executive talent,” Brock said.
Registration to participate is online.
