Who is in the lead in terms of outfitting credit unions withmobile banking tools? SilverCloud Systems decided to answer thatquestion by surveying its customers.
“We wanted to know who the major players are,” said ScottCornell, CEO of the New Hampshire-based provider of knowledgemanagement software.
In a poll of 230 credit unions, SilverCloud got responses from 140 – ranging in asset size from$100 million to $5 billion – and what emerged is a portrait of ahighly fractionalized marketplace, with many providers jockeyingfor share.
